Filter without mesh screen
Mesh screen:
Take old 10 tons` machine for example, you have to change mesh screen every 5 mins, so 24 hours a day, that`s 288 mesh screens. Assuming you can recycle 1 mesh screen for 3 times,
288/3 times=96 mesh screens per day
96*30 days=2880 per month
Each mesh screen costs 1 RMB, so if you use our product, you can save 2880RMB per month.
Save material:
Take old 10 tons` machine for example, every time you change a mesh screen, you lose 0.5kg material on the net.
0.5kg*288 times per day=144kg
144kg*30days=4320kg
Our machine: We tested a lot and there are 60% material can be saved.
4320kg*60%=2592kg

Our product is a filter without mesh screen, also called automatic impurities-removing filter or no mesh screen die head, which applied to plastic granulating machine and plastic granulator.

Outmoded machines squeeze plastic from raw materials by rotating scraper and use the same cavity for filtering and storing impurities. Thus, lead to low tenacity and low strength.
Unlike those machines, we have separate filtering cavity and impurities store in the filter which guarantee the quality of tenacity. Basing on user`s material, the equipment`s operation time and impurities-removing period is adjustable. Needless to say, material losses become less and the lifespan of die head become longer.
