模頭有上下兩半身購成苹熏，下模配可拆卸模唇，上模唇采用手動推/拉式微調(diào)方式船惨，
可精確調(diào)節(jié)開口大小并延長微調(diào)使用壽命柜裸。模頭表面鍍硬鉻，流面鉻層厚度0.03
-0.04mm 粱锐，并進行鏡面拋光。模身采用優(yōu)質(zhì)模具鋼或進口合金鋼扛邑，增加模具的使用
壽命怜浅。
