XRD1500 雙輥單軸撕碎機(jī) Double Single Shaft Shredder Machine
雙輥單軸撕碎機(jī)使用范圍：
針對(duì)塑料薄膜歇万，編織袋，噸包袋勋陪，皮革廠邊角料贪磺，無(wú)紡布，大棚膜诅愚，漁網(wǎng)寒锚，廢棄紡織物等撕碎，采用雙單軸刀軸結(jié)構(gòu)撕碎违孝，對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)的雙軸撕碎機(jī)刹前，能夠把物料撕碎的更碎；對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)的單軸撕碎機(jī)雌桑，能夠大大提高撕碎產(chǎn)量喇喉。我公司獨(dú)特的刀軸設(shè)計(jì)，避免了撕碎薄膜時(shí)纏軸現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生筹燕。
特點(diǎn)：
1.雙單軸刀輥設(shè)計(jì)轧飞，加大產(chǎn)量。刀軸由整體45#鋼鍛打成型撒踪，經(jīng)過(guò)CNC加工中心一體加工而成过咬。整體刀軸經(jīng)過(guò)淬火處理，整體刀軸無(wú)焊點(diǎn)制妄。
2. 撕碎機(jī)由動(dòng)刀盤(pán)和定刀組成掸绞，完成切碎物料功能。刀盤(pán)由基軸和數(shù)把形狀為四邊形動(dòng)刀塊組成耕捞。動(dòng)刀塊有4個(gè)刃口衔掸，更換使用。動(dòng)刀塊沿基軸成V型多排排列俺抽，并用螺釘固定在基軸上敞映，同基軸一起轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，組成動(dòng)刀盤(pán)磷斧。靜刀有兩組振愿，固定在機(jī)架上捷犹。物料由水平液壓缸推動(dòng)向刀盤(pán)方向送料。速度平穩(wěn)可調(diào)冕末，推進(jìn)力大而均勻萍歉。適用于回收各種大塊實(shí)心體材料、不規(guī)則難處理材料档桃、塑料容器及塑料桶枪孩、管、薄膜藻肄、纖維蔑舞、紙張等。主軸轉(zhuǎn)速為45~100轉(zhuǎn)/分仅炊。
3.整機(jī)刀軸與減速機(jī)鏈接方式斗幼，采用知名品牌聯(lián)軸器鏈接。整機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)起來(lái)更加穩(wěn)定堅(jiān)固抚垄。
4.動(dòng)刀片采用D2材質(zhì)蜕窿，耐磨性完全優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)Cr12Mov和SKDII刀頭。
Feature & Function:
1. Shredder’s blades structure are made by two single-shaft rotor which is the same with single shaft rotor. Each rotor are by 45# steel after hot-forged and CNC machining to make sure it can work long time.
2. Single shaft shredder consists of a knife disc and a static knife to complete shredding material. Cutter is composed of a base shaft and several shape quadrilateral knife block. The knife block has 4 blades, can be replacing the use of. The knife block along the axis of the base is in multiple rows into type V, and fixed with screws in the radical axis, rotated with the based shaft together, finally comprise a knife disc. The two static knife is fixed on the machine frame. The material is sent to the cutter by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsive force is large and uniform. It is applicable to the recovery of a variety of bulk solid materials, refractory materials, irregular plastic containers and plastic barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper etc. Spindle speed is 45 ~ 100 rpm/min.
3. Connect the rotor and machine gearbox by coupling to make sure running stably and well.
4. We use better blades which is made by D2 material that much better than Cr12Mov and SKDII.
